I am a licensed psychologist in the state of Pennsylvania, and I am credentialed as a PSYPACT provider, which allows me to provide telepsychology services to clients residing in most US states. I am a former Division I athlete and I hold a M.S. in Sport Psychology and a Ph.D. in Counseling Psychology from Florida State University. I completed my doctoral internship and post-doctoral residency at Lehigh University Counseling and Psychological Services, where I specialized in group therapy and sport psychology.

While my path to becoming a psychologist was full of twists and turns, my passion for connecting with others has always been a constant and grounding force in my life. I carry this passion with me into my work as a psychologist – whether it be psychotherapy, performance, or consultation - I truly believe that “the work gets done through the relationship.” I am curious by nature, drawn to connect with others, and enjoy finding moments of humor and beauty amongst the chaos of life.
